1 - Refund conditions
Under what conditions can I return an item and request a refund?
It is possible to return a product that does not conform to your order. You have fifteen days after receiving your order to return the unopened product(s) for a refund.
Any product opened, damaged or degraded after receipt cannot be refunded. Accessories are not refunded.
2 - Non-Compliant Product
Have you received a non-compliant item?
If you are concerned by one of the cases listed below, send a photo to our customer service (contact@yonka.com) who will analyze it at your request and proceed with a refund.
Product damaged during delivery
Product delivered that does not correspond to the product ordered
Product with an expiry date of less than 6 months

How to make a return?
When returning by post, simply print the prepaid return slip that we will have sent you, stick it on your package and send it back to us at the address indicated on the slip. We inform you that the refund of your order (and the delivery costs if you return it in full) is triggered within 10 working days upon receipt in our warehouse.
