How are orders delivered?
We offer delivery by Colissimo.
Orders are delivered within 2 to 5 working days after they are shipped. Your order will be shipped after your payment has been accepted and certain data has been verified.
How are returns processed?
If upon receipt, your order is incomplete and/or damaged, here is the procedure to follow:
If the package has been opened and/or is damaged, you can refuse it. It will then be returned to us by the carrier. Contact Customer Service to file a complaint.
If you have accepted the package and find that it is not compliant, you will need the following items to attach to your claim:
- In the case of a damaged or broken product: a photo of the entire package and the label, a photo of the inside of the package and a photo of the damaged product
- In the case of an incomplete package or one that does not comply with the order: a photo of the entire package, its label and a photo of the contents of the package

What is the Right of Withdrawal?
If all or part of the order does not suit you, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days following receipt of the products.
The return concerns products delivered in very good condition. The products must be presented in their original packaging without having been used, with the gifts sent in the order, if applicable.
The refund will be made for the products and the initial delivery costs directly to the credit card used when ordering.
The shipping costs related to the return of your products remain your responsibility.
